    摘要:

    主动Lamb 波结构损伤诊断技术是结构健康监测中的研究热点之一。针对现有Lamb波结构健康监测系统结构复杂,携带不便的问题,以金属结构为应用对象,研究了监测系统集成与小型化技术。给出了系统软硬件框架,研究开发了传感器网络控制与信号调理模块,结合USB数据发生与采集卡搭建了系统样机,并采用LabVIEW环境设计开发了系统软件,包括系统管理和结构损伤成像诊断等。在金属铝板结构上的实验验证了该集成监测系统的可靠性和准确性,实验结果表明,该系统可满足主动Lamb波结构健康监测技术现场测试、在线监测等应用要求。

    Abstract:

    The active Lamb wave based damage diagnostic technology is acknowledged as one of most encouraging the structural health monitoring methods.To resolve the problems in applications of the technique,such as bulk and complex monitoring system, the integration and miniaturization technology of monitoring system was investigated in this paper for metal structures.The system framework of the software and hardware was analyzed.The module of sensor network control and signal conditioning was developed.Combining USB data generation and acquisition equipment,the miniaturized system prototype was built with the system software designed and developed in LabVIEW,including system management and damage imaging and diagnosis.Experiments on the aluminum plate structure validated the reliability and accuracy of the integrated monitoring system.The result of the Experiments indicated that the system could fulfill the application requests of the active Lamb wave structural health monitoring technology,such as field testing and online monitoring etc.
