    摘要:

    设计了压电堆执行器在空载与受约束条件下的测试系统,在不同频率交流电压驱动下测得执行器的最大输出位移和输出力分别为36.9 μm和669.5 N。根据测试结果辨识出执行器动态工作时的等效刚度为20.9 N/μm。此外,对压电堆执行器的阶跃响应及迟滞特性进行测试。阶跃响应测试结果表明执行器的上升时间约为3 ms,稳定时间约为5 ms,响应速度能够满足精密平台振动控制的要求。迟滞特性的分析结果表明在精密平台振动控制中需考虑迟滞非线性对控制精度的影响。

    Abstract:

    Test systems of piezoelectric stack actuator with and without mechanical load were designed. Maximum displacement and force were tested as 36.9 μm and 669.5 N under different frequency AC voltages application respectively. The equivalent stiffness of actuator was 20.9 N/μm according to the test result. In addition, the step response and hysteretic characteristics were tested. The rising time and setting time were obtained as 3 ms and 5 ms,which showed that the response speed could meet the requirements of vibration control of the precision platform. The results of hysteretic characteristics test showed that hysteresis nonlinearity must be considered in the vibration control of the precision platform.
