    摘要:

    提出了一种基于交叉结构的混合左右手传输线(CRLHTL)单元的设计方法。基于CRLHTL理论,结合交叉结构单元的等效电路,分析其Bloch阻抗及Bloch传播常数,并采用电磁仿真软件构建出3层介质板的微带线结构来进行物理实现。仿真结果表明,此交叉结构CRLHTL的带宽为20.2 GHz,插入损耗低于0.5 dB,回波损耗大于10 dB。中心频率为6 GHz,此时传输线的相移为0。结果表明,此基于交叉结构的CRLHTL结构小巧,性能良好。

    Abstract:

    A design method for composite right/lefthanded transmission line(CRLHTL)unit cell based on a lattice topology is proposed in this paper. Based on the theory of CRLHTL and combing with the equivalent circuit of a lattice topology, the Bloch impedance and Bloch propagation constant are analyzed, and the microstripline structure with threelayer dielectricslab is constructed using the electromagnetic simulation software for physical implementation. The simulation results show that the bandwidth of lattice structure of CRLHTL is 20.2 GHz, with insertion loss below 0.5 dB and return loss greater than 10 dB. The center frequency is 6 GHz when the phase shift of the transmission line is zero. Thus the CRLHTL cell based on a lattice topology is proved not only compact, but also has good performance.
