    摘要:

    基于背向瑞利散射的分布式光纤传感器是对应变、温度耦合敏感的高分辨率传感器。针对应变测量方面,研究对比了分布式光纤传感器及电阻式应变片在应变测量方法上的区别。通过钢板单向拉伸试验,分别从测量精度、线性度及可重复性等方面研究对比了分布式光纤传感器及电阻式应变片的测量数据。通过非等厚度悬臂梁弯曲试验,分析分布式光纤传感器在应变测量方面的优势,并借助于分布式光纤传感器的应变测量数据,重构结构表面应变场。

    Abstract:

    Distributed optical fiber sensors based on Rayleigh backscatter is sensitive to strain and temperature with high resolution. In the matter of strain measurement method, differences between distributed optical fiber sensors and strain gauges were analyzed and compared. Unidirectional tensile tests of aluminum bar were conducted to contrast data measured by distributed optical fiber sensors and strain gauges, on the aspects of accuracy, linearity, and repeatability. Advantages of distributed optical fiber sensors in strain measurement were also analyzed through bending test on unequalthickness cantilever beam. And strain field on the surface of structure is reconstructed by means of strain data measured by distributed optical fiber sensors.
