    摘要:

    采用中频感应提拉法生长出?55 mm×100 mm的好质量Lu3Al5O12∶Pr(Pr∶LuAG)晶体,并对晶体进行X线粉末衍射(XRD)测试,计算了晶胞参数,测试了晶体室温下的透过率、X线激发发射谱、脉冲高度谱和脉冲形状谱。实验结果表明,Pr∶LuAG晶体的发光中心波长为308 nm,光输出为19 000光子/MeV,能量分辨率为7.2%@662 keV,衰减时间为23 ns。

    Abstract:

    Pr∶LuAG single crystal in size of ?55 mm×100 mm was grown by Cz method with radio frequency heating, and this crystal was verified to be good quality. The cell parameters of Pr:LuAG single crystal were calculated based on the data of XRD. The transparency、XEL、light yield and decay time also were measured at room temperature. The experimental results showed that the emission light of Pr:LuAG single crystal was centered at 308 nm,the light yield was about 19 000 photons/MeV, the energy resolution was about 7.2% @ 662 keV gama ray exciting, and the decay time was about 23 ns.
