    摘要:

    采用了基于迈克尔逊干涉仪平台的光干涉法,测量了压电陶瓷在直流驱动电压下的非线性迟滞特性曲线,提出了描述非线性迟滞程度的两种形式,进而分析非线性迟滞程度在不同起点电压、伸长位移量下的变化趋势。通过加循环电压测量了压电陶瓷的滞回曲线,分析了影响压电陶瓷线性和非线性因素的变化,且给出了压电陶瓷灵敏度的变化曲线。

    Abstract:

    Optical interference method by Michelson interferometer was adopted to measure the nonlinear hysteresis curves of piezoelectric ceramic under constantcurrent slaving voltage.Two ways for depicting the degree of nonlinear hysteresis were put forward.The changing tendency of the degree of nonlinear hysteresis under different starting voltages and extension offset variables were further analyzed.Then,hysteresis curves of piezoelectric ceramic were measured by adding circulating voltage,and the changes of linear or nonlinear factors,which would influence piezoelectric ceramic,were also analyzed.Finally,the changing curves of sensitivity of piezoelectric ceramic were presented.
