    摘要:

    针对Y型流道无阀压电泵输送流体流量较小,该文设计了一种Y型双入水、双出水流道无阀压电泵结构,泵送的介质流动平稳,无湍流形成,故可用于血细胞及大分子生物基团的输送。对压电振子进行了理论分析。通过与Y型单入水流道单出水流道压电泵的实验对比,证明了用增加流道数目的方法可提高无阀压电泵输送流量的结论。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the small flow rate in transportation of Y type channel valveless piezoelectric pump, a kind of Y type double entry double outlet water valveless piezoelectric pump structure was designed. The pumped medium flowed smoothly without the formation of turbulent flow, so it could be used for conveying blood cells and molecular biology group. Theoretical analysis was carried on the piezoelectric vibrator. Through comparing experiment with Y type single in single out flow tract of the piezoelectric pump, the conclusion that by increasing the number of channels could improve the conveying flow of valve less piezoelectric pump was proved.
