    摘要:

    通过对迈克尔逊干涉仪光路的调整,使光电探头的响应电压与三角波驱动电压的频率一致且峰峰值最大。这样不断改变驱动电压就可准确的找到响应电压、伸长位移量随驱动电压的关系。在进行谐响应特性测量时,分别使用了响应电压峰峰值比值和伸长位移量比值两种方式表示,并进行了比较。

    Abstract:

    The beam path of Michelson interferometer was adjusted to make sure that the responsive voltage rates of the photoelectric probe was consistent with that of the triangular wave slaving voltage, and to keep maximum peak to peak value. By continuously changing the slaving voltage, the related changes in responsive voltage and extension offset. dependence on driven voltage was find. When measuring the harmonic response features, peak to peak value rates of responsive voltage and that of extension offset are used and compared.
