    摘要:

    为研究同步箝位控制压电马达的动力学特性,运用系统仿真软件Maplesim,分别建立箝位开关、压电陶瓷片和单自由度振子的数值模型,进行了压电马达进行了整体性能仿真。该动态模型的仿真结果表明,该压电马达具有良好的步进特性,在驱动电压和占空比分别为100 V和50%时,空载单次步距为8.182 μm;输出轴平均速度随驱动电压的增加而增加,随负载和占空比的增加而减小,呈一定的函数关系。该仿真对压电箝位马达在实验和使用时的控制参数调节提供了重要参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the dynamic characteristics of a piezoelectric motor based on synchronized switching control. Mathematical simulation software Maplesim and its existing mathematical models were used to construct simulation model for piezoelectric clamp switch, piezoelectric ceramics and vibrator respectively. The overall system simulation for Piezoelectric motor had also been done with this model. It was illustrated that the piezoelectric motor had a favorable movement characteristics after analyzing the results of the simulation. The singlestep distance for piezoelectric motor without load was 8.182 μm on condition that the drive voltage and duty cycle were 100 V and 50% respectively. It also proved that the average velocity of the output shaft was an approximately linear function of the driving voltage and decreased with the increases of load and duty cycle. The simulation provided an important reference for controls parameters adjustment of piezoelectric motor in the further experiment and practical application.
