    摘要:

    针对硬脆材料切削系统中对加工精度的极高要求,设计了一套基于压电陶瓷为驱动、以柔性铰链为传动和支撑的高精度微调平台。分析了该机构的调平原理,采用三点调平法对所设计的平台进行分析和处理,并进行了运动轨迹讨论。采用ABAQUS软件对平台进行有限元仿真,并进行调平试验验证,将仿真、试验与理论分析结果进行对比,证明了调平原理和方法的可行性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the extreme precision demand in the system of machining hard and brittle materials,a novel highprecision microadjusting platform which was driven by piezoactuator and transmitted and supported by flexure hinge.The leveling principle was discussed.The platform was analyzed and handled using the threepoint levelling principle,then the motion trail was discussed.The simulations of the platform were conducted by ABAQUS software,furthermore the levelling experiments were carried out on the microadjusting platform.The feasibilities of the levelling principle and the concept design of the platform were verified by comparing the simulation results, the experimental results and the theoretical results.
