    摘要:

    基于线性多自由度振动的概念,提出并设计了一种线性三自由度(3DOF)振动能量采集器。该能量采集器包括一、二阶传动梁及传统单悬臂梁。数学建模及有限元仿真结果表明,多阶传动梁垂直相接构成的线性多自由度系统可有效调节并降低系统的工作频率。实验结果表明,线性三自由度能量采集器在0~100 Hz频率范围内,具有3个电压峰值,有效带宽15 Hz,与理论分析相吻合。另外,与传统单悬臂梁能量采集器相比,工作频率降低,频带扩增275%。

    Abstract:

    Based on the theory of linear multidegreeoffreedom vibration,a linear three degreeoffreedom(3DOF) piezoelectric energy harvester was proposed and designed. The proposed harvester consists of one firstorder transmission beam, one secondorder transmission beam and a traditional single cantilever beam.The modeling and finite element simulation results show that the linear threedegreeof freedom configuration with the orthogonally bonded multiorder transmission beams can tune and reduce the resonant operating frequency efficiently.The measured frequency response derived from experiments indicates that the proposed harvester possesses three voltage peaks in the range of 0~100 Hz and 15 Hz of bandwidth.The measured results are consistent with the theoretical results.Moreover,comparing with the conventional harvester, the proposed energy harvester has lower operating frequency and 275% wider bandwidth than that of the traditional piezoelectric cantilever beam.
