    摘要:

    该文针对高速动车组现有车轴轴温监测技术存在的缺陷,提出了以声表面波射频识别(SAW RFID)技术为基础的高速动车组车轴温度监测新系统。采用SAW标签实现无源温度监测,以数字信号处理(DSP)芯片TMS320VC33为主控制器,控制射频芯片NRF905的发射与接收。从对SAW RFID技术的原理介绍、读写器及控制软件的设计入手,通过对系统的测试表明,该系统能实时、精确监测高速运行动车组的轴温,对保证高速动车组的安全运行起重要作用。

    Abstract:

    According to the characteristics of highspeed electric multiple units (EMUs), aiming at the defects of the existing axle temperature monitoring technology, a new highspeed EMUs axle temperature monitoring system based on SAW RFID technology has been proposed in this paper. SAW tags are used to realize the passive temperature monitoring and DSP chip TMS320VC33 is used as the main controller to control the receiving and transmitting of RF chip NRF905. The principle of SAW RFID technology is introduced and the designs of reader and control software are presented. The system test are carried out. The results show that the system can accurately monitor the axle temperature condition of highspeed EMUs in realtime,and it plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of highspeed EMUs.
