    摘要:

    为弥补传感器网络传统供电存在的不足,该文设计了一种基于微尺度压电发电机的微电源,其可有效拾取周围环境中的振动能量,从而为低功耗的传感器系统提供电能。该电源由具有微尺度效应的微振动发电机与外部高效的无源峰值监测开关电路集成而得,结合Matlab仿真分析可知,其输出电压可达0.24 V;无源峰值监测开关电路能保证压电片间电荷的全部输出,与具有经典接口的微电源相比其输出功率提高了3倍。

    Abstract:

    The utilization of wireless sensor network has been limited on account of its disadvantages of traditional power supply. To make up for this, a micro power supply based on microscale piezoelectric has been designed, which can effectively pick up the vibration energy of surrounding environment, and then provide a steady stream of electricity for lowpower sensor system. The power supply is composed of the micro vibration generator based on microscale effect with external efficient peak of passive monitoring switch circuit, and the Matlab simulation analysis shows that the output voltage equals to 0.24 V. The passive peak monitoring switch circuit can guarantee all the charge output between the piezoelectric plates, and the output power of the proposed micro power supply is 3 times larger than that of the micro power supply with typical interface.
