    摘要:

    为进一步拓展压电微泵的应用领域,以利于更好地将其集成于微流控芯片中,该文对以固态聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为泵体材料的压电微泵开展相关实验研究。通过合理设计压电振子的支承方式、阀片结构以及采用两腔串、并联结构等措施以提高压电微泵的工作性能。分别以PDMS和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为泵体材料设计制作了单腔微泵、双腔串、并联微泵,并对其工作性能进行对比性实验测试。实验证明,构造具有较好工作性能的PDMS压电微泵具有可行性,在电压90 V,频率80 Hz的情况下,PDMS双腔串联泵的输出流量达到21 mL/min,输出压力达到10 kPa。但与PMMA为泵体材料的压电微泵相比,PDMS压电微泵在流量、压力方面仍有近30%的差距。

    Abstract:

    In order to further expand the application fields of PZT micropumps and facilitate them to be better integrated in the microfluidic chip, series of PZT micropumps based on solid Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) material are investigated experimentally in this paper. For improving the working performance of PZT micropump to the maximum extent, the rational structure adjustment and design are used, including the adjustment of PZT actuator’s support mode, the optimal design of series and parallel structure of micropump chambers and valve structure, etc. In the lab, the single chamber micropump, double chambers micropump with series and parallel structure were fabricated using PDMS and PMMA, respectively. And the working performances of related prototypes were tested and compared.The test results show that the constructing PZT micropump with good working performance based on PDMS is feasible by reasonable structure design. Under voltage of 90 V, frequency of 80 Hz, the output flow rate of PDMS dual chambers micropump with series structure can reach 21 mL/min, output backpressure can reach 10 kPa. However, comparing with the PMMA micropumps, the comprehensive performances of PDMS micropumps, including output flow rate, backpressure, still have nearly 30% performance gap.
