Abstract:Based on the theory of piezoelectric resonance, the sodium bismuth titanate series piezoelectric ceramics can be used in the production of piezoelectric resonant sensor probe. Due to the changes of piezoelectric ceramics performance with the temperature, the piezoelectric resonant sensor is difficult to adapt to the complex working environment. In this paper, the T-f curves of syntony crystalloid about NKBT ceramic was measured at the temperature range of -10~100 ℃,the change rule of relative drift of the resonant frequency under different temperature was analyzed, and the fitting functions were obtained. By analyzing the fitting results and the measured values comparativelyt at 5 ℃ and -5 ℃ points,it is found that the second and third order fitting error are smaller, they were 0.054%,0.164%,0.054%,0.165% respectively. The comprehensive assessment determined that the secondorder fitting equation can be used as the resonance frequency compensation algorithm for the mine gas sensors to fix the sensor measurement error in different temperature environments.
