The thermal simulation analysis has been carried out by using the Solidworks software in order to verify the reliability of acoustooptic tunable filter (AOTF). By establishing the thermal simulation model and setting the thermal parameters, the thermal simulation results were obtained after the finite element analysis, and the result is verified by experiment.The simulation and test results show that the AOTF meet the requirements of working environment.
