    摘要:

    采用传统固相反应法制备了掺杂CeO2的0.97(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.03Bi(Zn2/3Nb1/3)O3-1.0%CeO2(0.97KNN-0.03BZN-1.0CeO2)无铅铁电陶瓷,研究了不同烧结温度(1 120 ℃、1 130 ℃、1 140 ℃)对陶瓷样品相组成、显微结构及介电、铁电性能的影响。研究结果表明,随烧结温度的升高,0.97KNN0.03BZN-1.0CeO2陶瓷的致密度得到提高;陶瓷样品为纯钙钛矿结构;1 130 ℃烧结的0.97KNN0.03BZN1.0CeO2陶瓷样品表现出显著的弛豫特性,介电损耗低于3%;升高烧结温度能有效减小0.97KNN0.03BZN-1.0CeO2陶瓷的漏电流。

    Abstract:

    The CeO2 doped 0.97(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.03Bi(Zn2/3Nb1/3)O3-1.0%CeO2 (0.97KNN-0.03BZN-1.0CeO2) leadfree ferroelectric ceramics were prepared by the solidstate reaction method. The effect of different sintering temperature (1 120 ℃, 1 130 ℃ and 1 140 ℃) on phase composing, microstructure and dielectric and ferroelectric properties for samples was investigated. The results showed that the density of 0.97KNN0.03BZN-1.0CeO2 ceramics was increased with the increasing of sintering temperature.XRD results showed that the ceramic samples were pure perovskite phase. The temperature dependence of the dielectric permittivity of samples exhibited that 0.97KNN0.03BZN-1.0CeO2 ceramics sintered at 1 130 ℃ showed obvious relaxor property. Its dielectric loss was less than 3%. The electric hysteresis loops displayed that the leakage current of ceramics could be effectively reduced at higher sintering temperature.
