    摘要:

    采用熔盐法制备了(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3(BCZT)无铅压电陶瓷。研究了熔盐法制备的工艺参数包括预烧温度和熔盐比例。通过X线衍射(XRD)、电镜扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析了不同工艺参数对该陶瓷物相结构、微观面貌和电学性能的影响。结果表明,在预烧温度为900 ℃,反应物与熔盐的质量比(熔盐比)为1∶1时,陶瓷样品可获得最佳综合电学性能:剩余极化强度为10.8 μC/cm2,压电常数为366 pC/N。

    Abstract:

    The (Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3(BCZT) leadfree piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the molten salt synthesis. The process parameters such as calcining temperature and molten salt ratio were studied. The influence of different process parameters on the phase structure, microstructure and electrical properties of the ceramics were analyzed by the XRD, SEM and so on. The result shows that the ceramic samples can get the optimum electrical properties under the calcining temperature of 900 ℃ and the molten salt ratio of 1∶1. The remanent polarization is equal to 10.8 μC/cm2 and the piezoelectric constant is 366 pC/N.
