The (Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3(BCZT) leadfree piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the molten salt synthesis. The process parameters such as calcining temperature and molten salt ratio were studied. The influence of different process parameters on the phase structure, microstructure and electrical properties of the ceramics were analyzed by the XRD, SEM and so on. The result shows that the ceramic samples can get the optimum electrical properties under the calcining temperature of 900 ℃ and the molten salt ratio of 1∶1. The remanent polarization is equal to 10.8 μC/cm2 and the piezoelectric constant is 366 pC/N.
