    摘要:

    针对目前能源化工领域压力监测需求,结合光纤双光栅感知原理,设计开发出一种满足实际工程应用的光纤光栅压力传感器。采用波纹管与悬臂梁相结合的传感结构,解决了温度对压力测量的交叉敏感问题,并通过详细的理论及标定试验分析了传感器的传感特性。实验结果表明,该传感器具有温度自补偿、线性度和重复性好、精度较高等优点,特别适合于石油、煤炭、化工等易燃、易爆环境的压力监测,具有良好的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    According to the demand of pressure monitoring in the field of energy and chemical industry,and combining with the dual fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensing principle, a fiber grating pressure sensor to meet the practical engineering application has been designed in this work. The sensing structure combined with a bellows and a cantilever beam, the problem of cross sensitivity of temperature on pressure measurement was disappeared, and the sensing characteristics of the sensor was analyzed through detailed theory and calibration experiment. The results show that the sensor has the advantages of self temperature compensation, good linearity and repeatability, high precision and so on, especially suitable for oil, coal, chemical and other flammable and explosive environment pressure monitoring, and has a good application prospects.
