    摘要:

    研究了在NiZn铁氧体中复合添加Bi2O3-Al2O3对NiZn铁氧体机械强度和耐热冲击性能的影响,并利用X线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对NiZn铁氧体样品的显微结构和电磁性能进行表征分析。实验结果表明,采用传统陶瓷制备工艺,复合添加0.6%Bi2O3+1.2%Al2O3(质量分数)能够明显地改善NiZn铁氧体的显微结构,机械强度达到150 MPa,热冲击完好率达到95%,同时还具备了较良好的电磁性能。

    Abstract:

    The influence of compound adding Bi2O3-Al2O3 to the NiZn ferrite on the mechanical strength and heat shock performance was investigated in this paper. The micro structure and electromagnetic properties of NiZn ferrite were represented and analyzed by using XRD and SEM. The experimental results indicate that adding 0.6%Bi2O3+1.2%Al2O3 can obviously improve the microstructure of NiZn ferrite and electromagnetic properties. The mechanical strength reaches to 150 MPa. The availability of NiZn ferrite is up to 95% after the thermal shock Meanwhile it has good electromagnetic properties.
