    摘要:

    针对双金属复合板在制作及使用过程中会产生缺陷的问题,阐述了超声相控阵检测原理及辐射声场理论。对含有3 mm横孔和腐蚀坑缺陷的不锈钢-碳钢试件进行实验研究。结果表明:该技术能对不锈钢碳钢复合板中的缺陷进行实时成像检测,能较准确地得到缺陷的位置、大小,两种缺陷的测量误差分别在6%、12%以内。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the bimetallic composite plate may produce defects during the processing of fabrication and usage, the principle of ultrasonic phased array detection and the theory of radiation sound field are introduced in this paper. Through the experiment research on the stainless steelcarbon steel specimens with the crossdrilled hole of 3 mm and corrosion pits, it is found that the ultrasonic phased array technology can measure the artificial defects in the stainless steel-carbon steel by real-time imaging, the location and size of defects can be accurately obtained and the measurement errors of the two kinds of defects are less than 6% and 12%, respectively.
