    摘要:

    相控阵超声检测技术能够为发动机叶片表面裂纹的检测提供方法。设计并制作了满足检测要求的带有楔块的相控阵超声换能器,该换能器包含阵元和楔块,其中阵元为线阵,个数为32,中心频率为5 MHz,阵元宽度为0.3 mm,阵元间距为0.1 mm;楔块与叶片的表面完全耦合。采用有限元法对相控阵超声换能器和楔块的设计理论进行可行性验证。同时,构建相控阵超声检测系统,对叶片试样进行检测试验,试验结果表明,设计的带楔块的线阵换能器能实现对试样表面裂纹缺陷的检测。

    Abstract:

    The phased array ultrasonic detection provide a method for the inspection of surface crack in turbine blade.A phased array ultrasonic transducer with wedge is designed and fabricated.The transducer is a linear phased array,its element numbers are 32,center frequency is 5 MHz, the element width is 0.3 mm and the element space is 0.1 mm.The wedge can couple with the surface of blade completely. The feasibility verification of the transducer and the wedge design is carried out by using the finite element method.A phased array ultrasonic detection system is set up to conduct the experiment on the turbine blade sample.The experimental results show that the proposed transducer with wedge can achieve the inspection of the surface crack in the turbine blade.
