    摘要:

    研究了不同成分的BiYbO3BaTiO3LiNbO3陶瓷的晶体结构、表面形貌与介电、铁电性能。研究结果表明,BiYbO3BaTiO3LiNbO3预烧粉体均为纯相,烧结后试样中存在少量的Bi2O3和Yb2TiO5第二相,其组织致密、多边形状晶粒中有少量细小的球状晶粒存在。0.25BY0.7BT0.05LN陶瓷的介电常数最大(εrmax=280),剩余极化强度相对较大,Pr=0.47 μC/cm2,矫顽场强Ec=19.04 kV/cm。0.1BY0.8BT0.1LN陶瓷的剩余极化强度最大(Prmax=0.83 μC/cm2),矫顽场强Ec=17.86 kV/cm。

    Abstract:

    The crystal structure, surface morphology, dielectric and ferroelectric properties of BiYbO3BaTiO3LiNbO3 ceramics with different contents were studied in this paper. The results show that the presintering powder can obtain the pure perovskite phase and a little Bi2O3 and Yb2TiO5 as second phases appear in the sintered samples. The microstructure of BiYbO3BaTiO3LiNbO3 ceramics is dense and a little small sphere grains distributes along the grain boundary of the polygonal grains. The 0.25BY0.7BT0.05LN ceramic has maximum dielectric constant of εrmax=280, and has a larger remnant polarization of Pr= 0.47 μC/cm2 and the coercive field of Ec = 19.04 kV/cm, while the 0.1BY0.8BT0.1LN ceramic has maximum remnant polarization of Prmax=0.83 μC/cm2 and the coercive field Ec=17.86 kV/cm.
