    摘要:

    压电变压器的散热问题限制了其在高功率场合的应用。接触式散热装置为压电变压器提供了良好的散热途径,对其功率密度带来了革命性的提升,同时,也带来了压电变压器表面电极的摩擦、磨损问题。因此,该文提出在压电变压器和散热装置中插入厚22 μm石墨纸垫片的方式。实验结果表明,持续工作80 h时,使用石墨纸垫片方式的电极磨损是直接接触电极磨损的53%。两种方式的散热装置温升无明显差别,对减缓压电变压器电极磨损的研究有一定的参考意义。

    Abstract:

    The piezoelectric transformers (PTs) are greatly restricted in highpower applications due to the deficiency of its heat dissipation. The contact heat transfer equipment, which provides a good heat dissipation path for PT, has brought a revolutionary upgrade for the power density of PTs. However, this method brought contact friction and wear between the PT and heat transfer equipment surface. In this paper, we present a method inserting a 22 μm thick graphite paper between the PT and its heat transfer equipment to decrease the contact wear. The experimental result shows that the electrode wear using a graphite paper is 53% of that without graphite paper when continuously works for 80 h. The temperature rises of two heat dissipation equipments are almost the same. It provides some reference for slowing down the contact wear of electrode of piezoelectric transformer.
