    摘要:

    剪切模式压电俘能器利用较高的压电系数d15,理论上能够收集到更多的能量。该文设计了一种基于d15模式的L型基座压电俘能器,通过有限元仿真分析与直立型结构进行了对比。结果表明,L型结构不发生谐振时的俘能性能与直立型结构基本相同,在很宽频带内均有稳定的能量输出;而在一阶模态频率,L型结构的输出功率有大幅增加。该文制作了L型基座d15模式PZT-51压电俘能器,实测表明,压电俘能器的谐振频率为86 Hz,当加速度为2.5g(g=9.8 m/s2)时,在匹配负载203 kΩ上输出功率为31.25 μW,对应单位重力加速度下的功率密度为84 μW?cm-3。

    Abstract:

    The shear-mode piezoelectric energy harvester(PEH)offers potentially improved energy harvesting due to higher d15 piezoelectric coefficient than other modes. An L type base PEH based on d15 mode was designed in this paper. The comparison between the L type structure and the upright structure are carried out through the finiteelement simulation analysis. It is shown that the performance of L type PEH are basically the same as upright PEH when the resonance does not occur, and there is a stable energy output over a very wide band; while the output power of L type PEH has increased substantially at the first order modal frequency.An L type base PZT-51PEH prototype based on d51 mode is fabricated. The measured results show that the resonant frequency of PEH is 86 Hz, the output power is 31.25 μW with the acceleration of 2.5g (g=9.8 m/s2) at the matching load of 203 kΩ, and the corresponding power density is 84 μW?cm-3 at the unit gravity acceleration.
