    摘要:

    为了将声表面波(SAW)式小波变换处理器(WTP)应用于各种电子系统中,我们基于曲线拟合法建立了该器件的制造误差校正模型,以制作出一个输出精度高的SAW式WTP。理论研究和实验结果表明,利用该模型制作的SAW式WTP,其指条的实际尺寸恰好等于其理论计算尺寸,从而使其成为一个输出精度高的SAW式WTP。

    Abstract:

    In order to apply the wavelet transform processor (WTP) using surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices to various electronic systems, a manufacturing error correction model of the device has been established based on the curve fitting method, so as to manufacture a WTP using SAW devices with high output accuracy. The theoretical study and experimental results show that the finger’s actual size of the WTP using SAW devices fabricated by the manufacturing error correction model is exactly equal to its theoretical size, which can implement the manufacture of the wavelet transform processor using SAW devices with high output accuracy.
