Abstract:The surface acoustic wave(SAW) excited on piezoelectric quartz substrate has the feature of a firstorder temperature coefficient of zero. The transverse wave resonator with high Q value is used as the frequency controlling element in the frequency resource, and the narrowband resonance filter with the features of high operating frequency and low insertion loss can filter out the clutter of the near end of the signal. The GHz surface transverse wave resonator with loading Q value of 3 813 has been presented in this paper, and the narrow-band resonance filter operating at 1 GHz has low insertion loss of 2.74 dB.
