The digital monolithic integration is an inevitable trend in the development of channel technology. It will also promote the further miniaturization, lighter weight, and multifunctional integration of the new generation of combat platforms. This paper introduces the concept of singlechip fully integrated communication channel technology and its key components. The development status and latest development of monolithic fully integrated communication channel technology are reviewed and compared in both analog front end and digital channel at home and abroad. The development trend of channel technology in the future application requirements of combat platforms is also summarized.
