    摘要:

    大量程的称重系统难以实现便携与高精度,而高精度的称重系统量程较小。该文通过力转换结构及改进的惠斯通电桥,运用快速高分辨信号采集及处理技术,设计了一种兼具高精度、大量程、便携式、低成本等优点的电子称重系统。实测结果表明,设计的电子称重系统称量范围0~8 kN,误差<0.1%,阈值及分辨率为0.1 kg,可用于科研、建筑工地、牲畜交易等领域。

    Abstract:

    The large scale weighing system is often difficult to achieve portable and high precision,while the high precision weighing system has a smaller measuring range.In this paper,an electronic weighing system with the advantages of high precision,large range, portable and low cost is designed by using the force conversion structure and the improved Wheatstone bridge and the fast and high resolution signal acquisition and processing technology.The measured results show that the weighing range of the designed electronic weighing system is 0~8 kN,the error is less than 0.1%,and the threshold and resolution is 0.1 kg. It can be applied to scientific research,construction sites,livestock trading and other fields.
