Abstract:The electromechanical coupling equations of piezoelectric curved beam harvester under pure bending deformation are established by using Hamilton's principle in this paper.The modal analysis of the piezoelectric curved beam harvester under the cantilever boundary conditions is carried out, and the modal coordinate equations of the energy harvester excited by the basic twodirection vibration are obtained.The stable solutions of the voltage and modal response of the energy harvester under excitation are solved.The influences of the vibration frequency of the base and the load resistance on the output voltage and power of the harvester are demonstrated by the numerical examples.The results show that the voltage and power response of the curved beam harvester have similarities with that of the straight beam harvester,and the load resistance not only affects the output voltage and output power of the curved beam harvester,but also the resonant frequency.
