    摘要:

    多阵元相控阵列聚焦换能器具有焦距可调和可实现经颅聚焦等优势。相控阵换能器相位控制和驱动系统是决定多阵元相控换能器能否应用于临床的关键技术之一。目前,在满足电路系统输出参数要求的前提下,尽可能通过提高系统集成度缩小系统体积,并提高相位分辨率是相控阵换能器相位控制和驱动系统设计过程中的重点与难点。该文基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)主控芯片、高速数模转换器(DAC)、集成驱动放大器设计了高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗相控阵换能器相位控制和驱动系统。实测结果表明,本系统输出的正弦信号峰峰值为36.2 V,且输出信号中无高次谐波,相位分辨率为2 ns,延时误差小于1 ns,可满足HIFU治疗相控换能器阵元驱动及其所需相位分辨率,并使系统小型化。

    Abstract:

    The phasedarray focused transducer has the advantages of adjustable focal length and transcranial focusing. The phase control and drive system of the phasedarray transducer is one of the key techniques that determine whether the phasedarray transducer can be used for clinical applications. At present, on the premise of meeting the requirements of the output parameters of the circuit system, reducing the system volume by increasing the system integration degree and improving the phase resolution are the key points and difficulties in the phase control and drive system design process of the phased array transducer. In this paper, based on the field programmable gate array (FPGA) main control chip, high speed digital to analog converter (DAC) and integrated drive amplifier, the phase control and driving system of phased array transducer for the high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment is designed. The measured results show that the peaktopeak value of the output sine wave without highorder harmonics is 36.2 V, the phase resolution is 2 ns, delay error is less than 1 ns, which can satisfy the requirements of the element driving and phase resolution of the phased array transducer for HIFU treatment, and miniaturize the system.
