Abstract:Aiming at the application of piezoelectric smart structures in the field of vibration and noise reduction, a passive 10× attenuation interface was designed based on NI 6343 data acquisition card, which expanded the input voltage range and implemented the design scheme of piezoelectric measurement and control experimental system based on NI 6343 data acquisition card. Firstly, the output impedance model of piezoelectric elements is analyzed and established. On this basis, the influence of load effect on the output voltage of piezoelectric elements is discussed. Finally, a 10×interface circuit is designed and its amplitudefrequency and phasefrequency characteristics are analyzed and discussed. The simulation and experimental results show that the designed 10×interface can be used to directly measure and collect the output voltage signals of most piezoelectric elements, and has high measurement accuracy within 1 000 Hz.
