Abstract:Based on the structure and principle of piezoelectric ceramic transformer, a new low temperature cofiring multilayer piezoelectric ceramic transformer is proposed, and the sintering characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic material are analyzed. The sintering temperature can be reduced to 910 ℃ by adding the lowtemperature sintering agent B-Bi-Cd into raw ceramic tape material. In this work, the driving part of the device is designed into a multilayer structure, which can improve the boost ratio of the transformer. The results show that the resonant frequency of the device is 53.8 kHz, and the boost ratio can reach 1 200.
