    摘要:

    基于片式压电陶瓷变压器的结构和原理提出了一种新型低温共烧多层压电陶瓷变压器,并分析了压电陶瓷材料的烧结特性。采用在生瓷带材料中掺入低熔点玻璃(BBiCd)低温烧结剂,烧结温度可降至910 ℃。该文将器件的驱动部分设计成多层结构,使变压器的升压比得到提升。结果表明,该器件的谐振频率值为53.8 kHz,升压比可达1 200。

    Abstract:

    Based on the structure and principle of piezoelectric ceramic transformer, a new low temperature cofiring multilayer piezoelectric ceramic transformer is proposed, and the sintering characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic material are analyzed. The sintering temperature can be reduced to 910 ℃ by adding the lowtemperature sintering agent B-Bi-Cd into raw ceramic tape material. In this work, the driving part of the device is designed into a multilayer structure, which can improve the boost ratio of the transformer. The results show that the resonant frequency of the device is 53.8 kHz, and the boost ratio can reach 1 200.
