    摘要:

    针对不同工程实际对传感器灵敏度及量程的不同要求,设计了一种基于弯曲损耗原理的光纤裂缝传感器,介绍了传感器的工作原理,对光损耗值与裂缝宽度间的理论关系进行了推导,并通过实验,研究了在不同弯曲段尺寸下光损耗的变化规律,确定了弯曲段光纤临界损耗尺寸,测得最敏感直径区间。通过有机玻璃板模拟裂缝的开展和闭合过程,验证了传感器的可行性。最后,通过在混凝土条件下模拟裂缝实验,对传感器的性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,传感器可实现对混凝土结构裂缝发展过程的长期稳定监测。

    Abstract:

    A fiberoptic crack sensor based on the bending loss principle is designed according to the different requirements of sensor sensitivity and range in different engineering applications. The working principle of the sensor is introduced, and the theoretical relationship between the optical loss and the crack width is derived. The variation law of optical loss under different bending section sizes is studied, and the critical loss size of the fiber in the bending section is determined, and the most sensitive diameter interval is measured. The feasibility of the sensor is verified by simulating the crack open and closure process of the plexiglass plate. Finally, the performance of the sensor is tested by simulating crack experiments under concrete conditions. The experimental results show that the sensor can realize longterm stable monitoring of the crack development process of concrete structures.
