    摘要:

    控制力矩陀螺的框架电机要求控制精度高,机械响应快,转速低,质量小,能适应高真空、高温差的工作环境。为满足上述需求,该文为控制力矩陀螺设计了一种异型模态超声电机,用以驱动力矩陀螺框架。并基于有限单元法计算及优化了样机外形尺寸,完成电机速度特性和负载特性的测试及优化。结果表明,该超声电机由超声电机定子、力矩陀螺转轴、基座组成。定子通过铰链固定于基座,弹簧机构对其施加预压力。超声电机质量25 g,最大输出扭矩0.04 N·m,满足控制力矩陀螺的使用要求。

    Abstract:

    The frame motor of the control moment gyro requires high control precision, fast mechanical response, low rotation speed and small mass, and can adapt to the working environment of high vacuum and high temperature difference. In order to meet the abovementioned requirements, a special mode ultrasonic motor is designed for the control moment gyro to drive the moment gyro frame in this paper. Based on the finite element method, the size of the prototype was calculated and optimized, and the speed and load characteristics of the motor are tested and optimized. The ultrasonic motor is composed of an ultrasonic motor stator, a moment gyro shaft and a base. The stator is fixed to the base by a hinge, and the spring mechanism applies a prepressure thereto. The ultrasonic motor has a mass of 25 g and an output torque of 0.04 N·m, which satisfies the requirements for the control moment gyro.
