The metallic resonator Coriolis vibratory gyroscope(CVG) has high temperature sensitivity duo to the low Qfactor of the resonator.Modern metallurgical technology can provide alloys with high stability and high Q at temperature change,which lays a foundation for realizing high precision metallic resonator Coriolis vibration gyroscope(CVG).In this paper, the special materials that meet the requirements of metallic resonator Coriolis vibrating gyroscope are selected from a large number of alloy materials and studied and analyzed,and the effects of different heat treatment processes on the material properties and resonator performance parameters of metallic vibrating gyroscope are investigated.The experimental results show that the Maraging steel 3J33 has a good effect on the optimization of the performance parameters of the metallic resonator Coriolis vibratory gyroscope.
