    摘要:

    针对5G无线通信毫米波频段的发展需求,设计了一款应用于K波段的交指型微机械滤波器。该滤波器采用抽头式输入、输出,通过上介质层的金属通孔将输入、输出信号引至最上层金属层,结合上、下介质层的空腔设计,有效地减小了滤波器的体积。双层封闭式结构,有效屏蔽了外部电磁环境对其内部结构的干扰。使用HFSS等软件对滤波器结构进行仿真与优化,最终达到指标要求:中心频率为25.875 GHz,带内插损小于2.5 dB,相对带宽为12.56%。滤波器的最终设计尺寸为5.098 mm×1.873 mm×0.827 mm,高端带外抑制好,实现了小型化设计。

    Abstract:

    An interdigital micromechanical filter for Kband is designed in the view of requirements for the millimeter waveband of 5G wireless communication systems. The filter adopts the tapped input and output, and the input and output signals are led to the uppermost metal layer through the metal holes of the upper dielectric layer, and combined with the cavity design of the upper and lower dielectric layers, thereby effectively reducing the size of the filter. The enclosed doublelayer structure can effectively shield the external electromagnetic environment from interference with its internal structure. The filter structure is simulated and optimized by using software such as HFSS. The final target requirements of center frequency of 25.875 GHz, passband insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB and relative bandwidth of 12.56% have been satisfied. The final design size of the filter is 5.098 mm×1.873 mm×0827 mm. The miniaturized design is realized while the highend outofband rejection is good.
