    摘要:

    对采用线性光电耦合器的模拟信号隔离器进行了理论和实验研究,提出了一种临界点线性加减补偿算法。线性光电耦合器工作于低功耗端,最终误差呈开口向上或向下的抛物线形状,以误差抛物线的顶点为临界点,对左右分支同时进行线性加(或减)操作可改善信号传输的线性度。结果表明,其线性度小于0.003%,极限精度小于001%。模拟信号隔离器的线性度和精度均提高1个数量级以上,满足工农业生产尤其是军事应用的更高要求。

    Abstract:

    The analog signal isolator with linear optocoupler is studied theoretically and experimentally, and a linear addition and subtraction compensation algorithm around a critical point is proposed. The linear photoelectric coupler works at the low power consumption end. The final error is an upward or downward parabolic shape. Taking the vertex of the error parabola as the critical point, the linearity of signal transmission can be improved by simultaneously operating the linear addition (or subtraction) of left and right branches. The results show that the linearity is less than 0.003%, extreme accuracy is less than 0.01%. The linearity and accuracy of the analog signal isolator are increased by more than one order of magnitude, which meets the higher requirements of industrial and agricultural production, especially the military applications.
