    摘要:

    该文通过低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术设计了一款低损耗高抑制双工器。该双工器由LC结构低、高通滤波器组成,在双工器的两个频段中分别引入串、并联谐振产生传输零点,从而提高双工器的抑制效果与隔离度。所设计的双工器具有插入损耗低,隔离度高,阻带抑制高及尺寸小等特点。实验结果表明,双工器在低端(0.95~135 GHz)和高端(1.65~2.15 GHz)时插入损耗均小于2.5 dB,且在1.65~2.15 GHz与0.95~1.35 GHz时抑制大于23 dB,具有良好的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    A low loss and high rejection duplexer based on the low temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) technology is designed in this paper. The duplexer is composed of lowpass and highpass filters with LC structure, and a series resonance and a parallel resonance are respectively introduced into the two frequency bands of the duplexer to generate the transmission zero point, thereby the suppression effect and isolation of the duplexer is improved. The designed duplexer has the characteristics of low insertion loss, high isolation, high stopband rejection and small size. The experimental results show that the insertion losses of the duplexer both at the low frequency end from 095 GHz to 1.35 GHz and at the high frequency end from 1.65 GHz to 2.15 GHz are less than 2.5 dB, and the suppression at 1.65 GHz to 2.15 GHz and 0.95 GHz to 1.35 GHz is greater than 23 dB. It has a good application prospect.
