    摘要:

    为了实现对病人颅内温度和压力的准确监测,克服温度传感器和压力传感器存在的噪声、温度漂移等测量误差,该文根据负温度系数热敏电阻和压阻传感器性能特征, 设计了传感器校准与补偿算法。该算法首先对传感器采集的信号进行滤波处理,去除噪声,然后设计实验对压力传感器进行温度补偿。结果表明,该算法可以有效保证颅内温度测量误差为-0.1~+0.1 ℃,压力测量误差在-133.322~+133.322 Pa,满足临床测量范围和精度需要。

    Abstract:

    To accurately monitor the intracranial pressure and temperature of patients and avoid the measurement errors such as noise and temperature drift of pressure sensors and temperature sensors, a sensor calibration and compensation algorithm is designed according to the performance characteristics of negative temperature coefficient thermistor and piezoresistive sensor in this paper. Firstly, the signal collected by the sensor is filtered to remove noise, and then the experiment is designed to compensate the temperature of the pressure sensor. The results show that the algorithm can effectively ensure that the intracranial temperature measurement error is within -0.1~+0.1 ℃ and the pressure measurement error is within -133.322~+133.322 Pa, which meets the requirements of clinical measurement range and accuracy.
